THE PROCESS

1) Liaise with Centofanti Design & Construct design consultants.

Soil, Footing and Engineers reports can minimize any nasty costing surprises, and these costs are then deducted from the total overall building costs when you choose to proceed with Centofanti Design & Construct.

2) Incorporating your Personal Touches

3) Determining the Cost

 

Your Building Consultant will give you the final cost to build your new home once all the final touches have been added and the site improvements have been estimated.

 

4) Sign The Building Agreement

 

The price is agreed and you are thrilled with your final plans. Once you sign the contract the building process begins.

 

5) Site & Pre-Construction Meetings
